Holiday PolicyThe company offers 10 holidays per year including one “personal holiday” each year.
401 K Plan
Eligibility is on the 1st of each quarter after completion of months of service. Global Flow Technologies will match 50% of the first 6% the employee defers; match portion is subject to a graduated vesting schedule. After five years of service the employee will be 100% vested.
Profit Sharing (Retirement Plan)
Employee will become eligible for any declared discretionary profit sharing contribution upon completion of 3 months of service and enter the plan on the earliest quarterly date after eligibility requirement is met. Discretionary contribution by the company is subject to a graduated vesting schedule.
Health Insurance (Including Prescription Drug Program)
Choose either HMO or PPO/POS Medical plan. (HMO is offered for the Houston area only) Eligibility is on the 1st of each month after a 60-day waiting period.
Dental Insurance (Including Orthodontic Care)
Dental coverage is provided to employee if you participate in one of the Health Plans offered by the company.
Voluntary Vision Plan
Our vision Plan includes eye exam, hard ware, and contact lenses for yourself and family members.

Vacation Pay
Based on years of service.

Sick Pay
Eligibility for sick pay benefits after 90 FULL days of employment.
Life & Accidental Death Dismemberment Insurance
Coverage is provided at two times your annual salary with a maximum cap. Company paid benefit.
Short Term Disability
Documented disability by a Physician’s statement and after a 10-day period qualifies employee for 60% of salary up to 90 calendar days. Company paid benefit.
Long Term Disability
After 90 days documented long-term disability by a Physician statement, employee will be eligible for long-term disability pay. Benefit will coordinate with social security. Company paid benefit.
Education Assistance
Manager approval required curriculum that meet policy guidelines. Employee receives 70% to 90% reimbursement pending grade level achieved.
Adoption Assistance
An eligible employee could receive up to a maximum of $3,500 in adoption assistance.
Fitness Facility
Corporate Office has a full range fitness facility with showers that all employees may use, before work, during lunch or after work.
Credit Union
All employees may join 1st Community Credit Union, which offers a variety of benefits as a member including payroll deduction for personal savings and loans.
